Please recommend ingredients. Effective in reducing blemishes, freckles, dark spots that can be dissolved in oil. Because the base is a facial oil.
Look at it as MSH White ™ ( Undecylenoyl Phenylalanine)
The question is
1. MSH doesn't know how obvious the results are.
2. If you just dissolve it in base oil at the recommended %, can you use it on your face? Will it be irritating or not?
