Hello Phospholipid water-oil in small quantities. without more than 5% oil, if more must be tested whether it is stable or not Soy Lecithin can be used for water-oil bonding. If the formula contains a lot of oil and less water. But the key problem is instability. In the long term, there are often stratification issues, including the age of Soy Lecithin is shorter than other ingredients in the formula.

Please ask more questions. I don't know if you use Oil-Fix™ together with Soy Lecithin to increase stability in the formula Prevents segregation from occurring. Can you fix this problem? Thank you.
