The components are as follows. the proportion of oil and ซิลิโคน 10% water ratio 72% use Pro Polymer as Emulsifier 0.8% used Water in Oil EZ as emulsifier 1. % according to the proportion stated, is the emulsifier enough in the formula? Please suggest the correct proportions. So that the formula is stable, it doesn't separate later. Thank you.

Hello, if the formula contains oil and ซิลิโคน combined not more than 10%, the team recommends using Satin Cream Maker 1.5% solder without heat and can use human hands at all, no need to use Water-in-Oil EZ is suitable for use in cementing formulations. Contains oil and/or ซิลิโคน is required in high quantities and requires a waterproof formulation. It will require the use of tools to help spin. You can't man it by hand. The formula will be left only Oil + ซิลิโคน total not more than 20% water, the rest 100% Satin Cream Maker 1.5% สารกันเสีย 0.5-1%

Suitable for sunscreen. I wanted a formula that was waterproof as well, so I opted for one. Water in Oil EZ but still unsure of the proportion used. that's right But now I use 1.5% in the formula according to the formula example on the web. Can you use the tool to help you blend it as a Stirrer? What speed do you use to blend it? And how much time is it? Thank you.

Hello, if you haven't used it yet Water-in-Oil EZ before, the team asked for a picture. Spinning head To be used in the mix with me. This is to ensure that the blended formula can be blended together. Spinning cycles do not need to be high. with a minimum of 500 rounds per minute, it is considered sufficient The important thing is the spinning head. (Please choose a blender that has a lot of impact on the formula. Avoid using a blender that looks like a muzzle. or foaming) spinning time Usually no more than 5 minutes, the meat should be completely soldered. If choosing the right blender But if you can't find a suitable blender It may take longer. Which the team itself is not sure if the synchronization will be complete or not. Therefore, additional information must be requested above.
