The formula is as follows: water 85% B3 3% B5 1% Sweet Almond Oil 8% Easy Cream Maker 2% Microcare 1% Question - Does this formula need to add solvents and/or penetration enchancer?

Hello, the word solvent means the solvent of various ingredients in the formula, both Vitamin B3 and Vitamin B5 is soluble in water, therefore water is a solvent. Vitamin B3 , Vitamin B5 for the ingredient. other in formula because it is already a liquid So there is no need to dissolve (dissolve to powder or solid to become liquid) again for penetration enhancer does not contain the word "required", it must be entered depending on whether you want it or not. more efficiency I may consider adding to try and compare that. See more results? This formula is recommended. Phospholipid or Dimethyl Isosorbide (DMI)
