I want to be scrubbed. It's like a spa salt scrub, but this one uses ผงสครับ instead of salt. นมแพะ must be dissolved in cold water. or hot water..is there a recommended recipe for making the scrub? Thank you.

If using powder นมแพะ mixed with walnut scrub, can you mix well?
