HLB of emulsion

If we know that the HLB Value of the oil we use is = 8.5 and we use Tween 20 (HLB 16.7) and Span 80 (HLB 4.3) are Emulsifier we will know. How can I put Emulsifier How many % of these 2 items together?

Re: Make a recipe for household products that require the texture of the product.

Means I want a silicone that "not" dissolves in water without adding Emulsifier because I want to make a separate layered formula. It's 2 Layers, similar to cleaning water mood that separates the oil and water phase, but I prefer to use silicone instead of oil.

Make household products recipes that require separate product textures.

Need 100% insoluble silicone or less soluble in water. In order to mix in the water phase, separate layers, please advise. Should I use it? ซิลิโคน which one ?

inca star oil

Due to research on oil from the Inca stars. So I got a mail to ask for COA and would like to know that C:18:3 Linolenic 44.7% Min. This one is alpha or gamma linoleic.
