Mix inquiry Wrinkle-Fill™ (Acety L-Tyrosine ) Can be mixed in which phase to produce the cream? Just on the page it says that it can be dissolved in water. But I don't know if it can withstand the heat or not.

Using Retinyl Acetate dissolved in cool down phase

I want to know what vitamin A Retinyl Acetate powder can be dissolved in the cool down phase of the cream? Just on the web page it says to mix in water. heat resistant But I'm afraid that vitamin A will be sensitive to heat. I'm not sure.
