Are these two substances the same? Put it in a moisturizing formula.

Ask permission. Sodium Stearoyl Lactylate and Sodium Lauroyl Lactylate are similar. Or how is it different? Can they be used as a substitute? It will be used in the formula of moisturizing cream.
