How is a product that says "100% Natural Product Guarantee" different from Essential Oil ? because I saw that some people didn't identify it as Essential Oil but naturally produced like Eucalyptus Citriodora Oil ( Eucalyptus Lemon )

I see some products have a separate category again for example Peppermint has Peppermint Flavor , Peppermint Oil (Food Grade), Peppermint Oil , Peppermint Water how are they different and which one is more suitable for making scented candles?
