I would like to inquire about the Hyaluronic Acid Gel Base ready-made product. Is it a product that the company produces or not?

All ingredients of Hyaluronic Acid Gel Base from the Product detail page were found to be reported to INCI as

I found that the ingredients Hydrolyzed Algin , Chlorella vulgaris EXTRACT, MARIS AQUA, all 3 items belong to the product HydroAlgae ™ which is preserved with Phenoxyethanol 1%.

So I would like to know what this ready-made Hyaluronic Acid Gel Base actually has. Phenoxyethanol Are you there or not? Because personally I will avoid Phenoxyethanol So I'm worried that there will be Phenoxyethanol is in Hyaluronic Acid Gel Base.
