I came up with the recipe. It's a hair care spray - reduce hair loss as well. I would like to know if this formula can be mixed together?
Formula 1
- Rosemary Water 60%
- Olive Oil water ( Olive Oil PEG-7 Esters) 4%
- Mix with the remaining 34% water.
Is this formula good enough? secretly worried about the smell Please recommend. Thank you very much
