Please allow me to share from my experience using it in skin creams. I used it at 10% and it felt very greasy. I think 80% would be gooey.

not sure if it is สารกันเสีย Phenoxyethanol SA since this product should not be more than 0.50% for the eye area. If so, wait for the team to confirm again.
