Mineral water to wipe makeup

May I ask, will mix mineral cleansing water with 3 ingredients: PEG-7 Glyceryl Cocoate % 5 Butylene Glycol 20% สารกันเสีย (preservative) Phenoxyethanol 0.1% Phenoxyethanol 1% น้ำแร่ (Mineral Water) 90.9% 74% Other substances to add special properties Extract ใบบัวบก and extracts ว่านหางจระเข้ ] ว่านหางจระเข้ 2% -
