Want to dissolve vitamin E in water to make a clear gel.

Fits in the formula, there is a character of วิตามิน E which is insoluble but when used PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil dissolves it makes the gel cloudy. How do you want it to be transparent?

The mixture is water. Vitamin E is just 0.1%.

Hello, use Flora Solve Clear 1% mixed with Vitamin E 0.1% when dissolved. So gradually add it to the water. Stir to combine
