Hello team Please ask about Hair fixing Polyvinylpyrrolidone K30 (PVP-K30) , Polyvinylpyrrolidone K15 (PVP-K15) , Polyvinylpyrrolidone K17 (PVP-K17) , what is the difference between each one? Will it be formulated with Sea salt spray? Can this one be used with Sea salt spray formula? right?
