I usually use Starch Care is a stabilizer in cream formulations due to its ease of use. But I'm a little skeptical if compared to Clay Thick ready, will there be a big difference in the stabilization performance of the cream?

Hello, both of them have different behaviors. It depends on the formula problem. ClayThick will be more stable. With the behavior that creates a structure for the formula. but the disadvantage is thicken the formula which may not be desired Because some recipes want the meat to be liquid. Starch Care will help to make the size of the oil molecules. The water is encapsulated in the emulsion is smaller, which makes the emulsion more stable. without thickening the formula
