Use PEG1500 foam reducer, still a lot of bubbles.

Postby kwannie.modeling » Fri Apr 26, 2019 8:37 am

have followed the steps the staff told me how to use PEG1500 topic10209.html dissolve. PEG1500 in water first, then gel texture. Pro Polymer Silk when getting the gel texture Then gradually add the ingredients into the gel. Blend or stir to dissolve together. Follow the steps that the staff said. The bubbles are still a lot. Wait for a full day. What should I do? Use a mobile blender. Make only 100 grams. Between putting it in the refrigerator and setting it to room temperature, what kind of bubble will it be? Reduce faster?

Hello - Disturbing the members, please send pictures of the spinning head. Of the hand blender, let's look at it. - Keep it at room temperature. (or if the ingredients are heat resistant to warm slightly), the bubbles will disappear faster. Because the bubbles move more easily. When the formula is more liquid The formula will be more liquid at higher temperatures. - Using PEG1500 dissolved in the formulation to defoam. When dissolved together, must be blended in a low speed stirring continuously. - I don't know if I noticed or not. at which stage the bubbles form. Sometimes, some of the ingredients in the recipe When mixed together, foam will form, avoid by adjusting the procedure. which may be dissolved in water separately and then mix it together later. or other methods that reduce direct encounters

machine characteristics with spinning head If the team said Let it spin slowly. This machine probably can't do it slowly.

Hello, the appearance of the last picture is normal, but stirring gently continuously for about 1-2 hours, the bubbles will gradually disappear. The team is not sure what the member's formula is. But if only the components are completely dissolved in water. may choose to use Xanthan Gum instead, which will not cause this kind of bubble and make the gel clear as well
