dry eyeliner

Stila got inked cushion liner. It's dry, only used once. It's completely dry. Put something back to use.

Ingredients: WATER (AQUA), ACRYLATES COPOLYMER, Butylene Glycol , OLETH-10, pentylene glycol , POLYSORBATE 60, Phenoxyethanol , Caprylyl Glycol , Disodium EDTA , Ethylhexylglycerin , 1,2-Hexanediol , Propanediol , ILLICIUM, VERUM (ANISE) FRUIT EXTRACT. (+/-) Carbon Black ( CI 77266).

Hello, the formula is water-based formula, add น้ำกลั่น Sterile, drop a little, blend or stir. Should be able to solve the problem
