Perfect-C soluble in fat, can it be dissolved in other glycol or other solvents? If you want to avoid using oil in the formula. Interfering with the officials to recommend สารสร้างเนื้อเจล that can be mixed with oils in formulations. enough to dissolve Perfect-C and set % of สารสร้างเนื้อเจล and oil. Pro Polymer with Carbomer ultrez 20, is it different? If so, what's the difference in usage? Thank you.

Hello Perfect-C is an oil when mixed with water in a formula. A binder must be used. Pro Polymer is not designed to focus on water-oil bonding. But focus on using to create gel texture in all formula conditions. Carbomer Ultrez 20 is not as resistant to electrolyte and high pH as Pro Polymer Gel Test Perfect-C as simple as this Perfect-C 3-5% Satin Cream Maker 1.0-1.2% Mild Preserved Eco 1% water rest 100%
