Cosmetics Formulation Development

Pure- Magnolol The description states that the formula must contain Glycerin 3-5% at least to help dissolve I don't know if the formula doesn't exist. Glycerin but use it as another Glycol like Ethoxydiglycol or 1,3 Propanediol I don't know if it can be dissolved or it has to be Glycerin only ? If other Glycols can be dissolved, how much % must be used equal to Glycerin right? (3- 5%) Thank you

Hello Glycerin only about 5 times the rate of Magnolol (e.g. use Magnolol 1% trial Use Glycerin 5% in solubility)
