Please suggest how to use the cream. Sensitive Cream Maker™ please.

If you mix Sensitive Cream Maker in the water, then To bring the oil to warm to a similar temperature (70 degrees) and add it to the water. Blend well. If you mix Sensitive Cream Maker in the oil part, then To warm the parts of the water to a similar temperature. Then stir the portion of the water. Then slowly add the oil to the water part.

I've tried both and the cream is separating, not sure what is the cause? Thank you very much.
