Can this formula be used for face gel?

gel ว่านหางจระเข้ Pro Polymer™ (Gel Maker) Safe-B3 ™ ( Vitamin B3, Niacinamide Sodium PCA 50% Natural Moisturizing Amino Acids Witch Hazel (Alcohol Free, Paraben Free) Plus Allantoin I don't know how much to use.

Hello, I would like to ask the members According to the formula that you want to mix is gel ว่านหางจรเข้ but in the formula that members have informed No ingredients found for Aloe Vera Extract The formula can be mixed. according to the following rates Pro Polymer™ (Gel Maker) 1-1.5% Safe-B3 ™ ( Vitamin B3, Niacinamide 1-5% Sodium PCA 50% 1-3% Natural Moisturizing Amino Acids 1-3% Witch Hazel (Alcohol Free, Paraben Free) Plus Allantoin can be used instead of water, giving 100% complete formula.
