Hello, this recipe must be systematically Water-in-Oil Instead, if you want lightness, you can remove WaterGuard™ Ultra from the formula because It's quite sticky. If the formula is a system Water-in-Oil is already waterproof to some extent. The oil part 10% Titanium Dioxide 15nm Liquid (Gloss), 10 % Zinc Oxide 35nm Liquid , 5% PMMA Booster 5% Silicone Gel (Ultra Clear), 5% Dimethicone 1Secs, 0.3% Beige Iron Oxides EasyMix™ 3% Squalane 1% Ethyl Ferulate Use Water-in-Oil EZ 3% or SiliSolve Plus 1% in The soldering, by blending it to the top of this part, water 5% QuikBlur™ 2% Niacinamide 0.5% Magnesium Ascorbyl Phosphate 0.1% Calcium Pantothenate 1% Mild Preserved Eco™ 0.2% Disodium EDTA water to 100% (other items that the team has eliminated Means cannot be put in this formula. or inappropriate to put in this recipe) The mixing process is Blend the water parts together, blend the oil parts together, while blending the oil parts. Gradually add water to the oil part a little at a time. (Do not alternate)
