Inquire about Olivem 1000

It is unknown whether Olivem 1000 (Cetearyl Olivate, Sorbitan Olivate) can bind oils or ซิลิโคน , if so, can it be soldered to the maximum in How much is the recipe?

Hello, yes, it should not be more than 25% (including oil and ซิลิโคน )
