I want the meat to be Ampoules which Perfect-C ™ must be dissolved in water, what should I put? Gives a clear texture but doesn't make the skin too thick from the mixed oils.

I want the oil that the meat is not sticky. It looks like it's conflicting. Change from Perfect-C to vit c soluble Ethyl Ascorbic acid , Ascorbyl Glucoside or AA2G will be easier and more convenient.

Perfect-C soluble in oil which when mixed in the formula can not be a clear gel But it will be opaque as an emulsion.
