Need help and get help on cosmetics formulation development

Introduce the recipe to make a diffuser in the room.

Hello, I want to make a natural diffuser. using perfume as Essential Oil . alcohol ( ethanol ) + Essential Oil but the result obtained is the separation of water and oil. and time to shake The color comes out cloudy. How can I not separate the layers and the color is not cloudy? Recommend the ingredients. want to be natural and the color of the perfume is clear thank you

Hello, Diffuser Base + Alcohol + Essential Oil should be able to mix. without separating problems disturb the members Please inform the rate of the components in the formula as well.

Hello, just bought Reed Diffuser Base Type 1 and Dipropylene glycol Methyl Ether Both unknowns. Can this claim be Natural or not? Go read DGME and said it was an organic compound but Reed diffuser was still looking for no information

Hello, the ingredients for both items as asked by members. Can't claim that it's natural.
