If you want to mix in the cream Water in Oil final insertion Can put the maximum at what rate it will not damage the formula from mixing too much water in the final step. and is still in the hopeful stage Because this product is heated not more than 40 degrees, it should not be put in the water phase. Water phase 37.8% DI Water 4% Glycerin 2g 4% Propylene Glycol 2g 4% Niacinamide 2g 0.2% Xanthan Gum 0.1g 0.5% Allantoin 0.25g Oil phase 5% Grape Seed Oil 2.5g 5% Rose Hip Oil 2.5g 4% Cetearyl Alcohol 2g 4% E-wax 2g 1% Tween20 0.5ml 4% IPM 2g 3% Silicone oil 1.5g Cool down phase 3% Calendula Extract 1.5ml 4% Rice Milk extract 2ml 10% Witch Hazel 5ml 2% Grape Seed Extract 1ml 2% DL-Panthanol (gel) 1g 2% Vitamin E 1ml 0.5% Phenoxyethanal 0.25ml

Hello, this formula is not Water in Oil if you want Water in Oil must be selected Emulsifier or a cream maker of the type Water in Oil for example Water in Oil EZ
