Basic cleansing milk formula

I only know the ingredients but I want to know the % w/w of a cleansing milk, how should I start?

Hello, this ingredient list Cetearyl isononanoate Coco-caprylate C10-18 triglycerides Cetyl palmitate can be used LipidSoft any type can be substituted.
