How stable is Vitamin C Ester at pH?

Postby austiname789 » Tue Jul 28, 2020 3:04 am

1. Vitamin C Ester stable at what pH to how much? 1.1 can use 8% dissolved in LipidSoft right? 1.2 If the pH stability is close to AA2G be used together? 2. If using AA2G ] AA2G 10% Adjust the value by using other alkalis, such as the presence of Sodium Lactate , Urea , TEA , Sodium Bicarbonate , L - Arginine in the formula by selecting only some suitable by mixing starting from the water + AA2G 10% and add others by using each not more than the specified %. Measure until the pH of 6.5-6.8 can be effective. too in terms of stability and Efficiency? 2.1 Is it necessary if there is a mix? AA2G with water and add lye to adjust the latter. Or should adjust the water and alkaline ingredients first and add AA2G later, or can be any combination. Just stick to the formula when it's done. The pH must be as it is. Recommended only, right?

Hello. 1. pH 3.5-7 1.1 The team has no data on the solubility rate in LipidSoft but such rates Should have to use heat to help dissolve as well. 1.2 Compatible because Vitamin C Ester has a much wider stable pH range 2. Can it be done? 2.1 Really Then it's best to add buffer to the formula to control the pH first, and when applying AA2G to dissolve in water, then adjust the pH again to be within the appropriate range, but adding buffer will help. The pH is controlled, because without time AA2G is soluble in water, the pH will drop very low and thus AA2G deteriorated slightly for a short time. Before adjusting the pH, it is not possible to add alkali before mixing. AA2G into the water because the alkalinity in a short period of time can dissolve the quality. AA2G
