Mild Preserved Eco™ ( Preservative-Free ) 1% Mixing process 1. Oil Phase: remove 8+10+12+15 (no heat) 2. Oil Phase: remove 9+11+13+14, use heat to melt not more than 70°C 3 Wait for step (2), cool down below 40°C, mix (1)+(2) together, stir well. 4. Water Phase: Mix everything. 5. Mix the steps (3) + (4) together. Question 1. Is the mixing procedure correct or not? 2. The recipe must be used. Tween 20 melting again? (The instructions say WhiteCumin™ soluble in glycol or Tween 20 help solve) 3. Butylene Glycol 1% is enough? % to be striped 4. What is the texture of this formula? Need a body lotion that is not very sticky. (For normal skin - dry skin) want to get a slightly liquid lotion texture. Do I need to adjust the texture or not? Thank you.

Hello, both parts must be heated to the same temperature, about 70 degrees during the soldering. by the moment Keep spinning the portion of water continuously. and gradually add some of the oil into the ingredients If you are worried that it will be heated for too long may be added to the formula in the last step When the formula has cooled down
2. in the formula must use Tween 20 melt again? (The instructions say WhiteCumin™ soluble in glycol or Tween 20 help resolve) 3. Butylene Glycol 1% is enough or how many do I need? % will strip
in the formula there is Butylene Glycol and that's enough.
4. What is the texture of this recipe? Need a body lotion that is not very sticky. (For normal skin - dry skin) want to get a slightly liquid lotion texture. Do I need to adjust the texture or not?
Normally, if a recipe like this is made for sale, the recipe developer Often consider adding a group of ingredients that help adjust the texture. Especially the silicone group to make the formula soft and smooth. Can reduce the sticky. but in case you do not want to have ซิลิโคน in the formulation may be considered added. ส่วนผสมปรับผิวสัมผัสอื่นๆ
