Hello, the formula can be mixed. but have to experiment with adjusting the rate of use Oilsify 15 Optimal level That is, when the formula is mixed, 1. Must have a clear formula (not cloudy) in case of turbidity. will have to adjust Increase or decrease Oilsify 15 . less water

From the text above 1. Must have a clear formula (not cloudy) in case of turbidity. will have to adjust Oilsify 15 increase or decrease Less water if you want the recipe to look milky and cloudy. Can do without modifying right? It does not specify that if the formula is cloudy, it will work inferior to makeup removal. Or just to look at the products that are clear and nice to use, but if you want the formula to look like milk. do not need to adjust or warm

Oilsify 15 30% any oil 50% Water 10% Butylene Glycol 10% If you want the formula to look like milky cleansing oil, milk texture is cloudy. White, not very thick, can add Natural White Beeswax 2% heated with oil. In the above formula, add LipidSoft™ Moist in the formula and reduce the amount of oil by how many % each? Oil 30 Lipid 20 or 25 each can do it.
