In the recipe to make a cream for acne, use Betaine Salicylate 2.5 % mixed with 20% water. and Triethanolamine 0.1 % to adjust pH to 3.8-4.2. Stir and blend with Homo, still not dissolved. Bataine Salicylate settles on the bottom. I don't know how to mix it, please help.
