Hello, it can't be mixed (mixed, but not effective). Please study restrictions on use. Vitamin C type ascorbic acid in a water-based formula. on the product detail page.

Optiphen Plus )0.5% Vitamin E (Tocopheryl Acetate) 0.5% Tween 20 10% DI Water Fill it to 100%, will that be enough?

Is this formula enough? Or should I customize some more for the whitening cream? Hello, as I have already informed that L-ascorbic acid is unstable in water.

It is recommended to switch to vit c another form like Ethyl Ascorbic acid Magnesium Ascorbyl Phosphate which is more stable It's easier to use.
