It is a toner for acne prone sensitive skin 70% Witch Hazel hydrosol 14% Lavender Hydrosol 5% Double Hyaluron ic acid 5% Willow Bark Extract 1% Licorine extract 1% Japanese Cedar 2% Rice Vitamin 2% Aloe Vera Extract full assay mixed and form a bubble Does the team know enough? That it's caused by incompatible ingredients that make a mistake?

Hello, the formula can be mixed. In case of foaming, it should be only for a short time. when left for a while The bubble will disappear by itself.
