Base Component Ratio Purified Water 44.80% Ethoxydiglycol (solvent) 20.00% Propylene Glycol (smooth surface) 10.00% Glycerin (Skin slippery) 3.00% Laureth-23 ( brazing water, oil) 3.00% Triethanolamine (adjusted pH) 1.00% d-Alpha Tocopherol (Natural Vitamin E ) 1.00% Phenoxyethanol ( สารกันเสีย ) 1.00% Ferulic Acid (antioxidant ) 0.50% Panthenol ( Vitamin B5 pay humidity) 0.50% Hyaluronic Acid Standard (Moisturizing) 0.10% Hyaluronic Acid Nano (Moisturizing) 0.10% Ingredients Ratio L-ascorbic acid Ultra-Fine 15.00% Ask me how to get a clear serum. prepare the water part Use heat to dissolve the oil binder, add Vit E, wait for it to cool, then pour it into the water. You will see that it is opaque. Another question, I want the formula to get the ph as you want, but the FDA doesn't use TEA more than 2.5%. Which substance can I use to adjust the ph?

Hello Laureth-23 (Coordinate water, oil) Please ask for the lot number of the product that the member uses so that the staff can send the matter for inspection. whether the product is abnormal or not Because it should be able to coordinate to be clear. But there should be some turbidity.
