In the formula if using น้ำกลั่น DI Water The formula is required. Disodium EDTA to capture charge in water again?

If it's น้ำกลั่น or purified water not required Disodium EDTA , but it also depends on the formula component. that the ingredients in the recipe should add Disodium EDTA ?
