Hello น้ำหอม mix with Sulfate Free Shampoo Base before adding it to the water, no need for additional binders. Pure-Biotin to mix with Sulfate Free Shampoo Base and then add it to the water as well, other items are directly soluble in water. You can mix it with water in the recipe.
