Hello, i would like to ask why is your Ascorbyl Tetraisopalmitate not able to be stable at pH lesser than 5? Can i do a L-ascorbic + Ascorbyl Tetraisopalmitate serum which would make it a pH of 3? What do you suggest to make Ascorbyl Tetraisopalmitate stable despite a pH of lower than 5?

At lower pH, Ascorbyl Tetraisopalmitate  will be less stable, making the shelf life of your finished product shorter.
