Hello - The balance has been calibrated at the factory - usually there is no need to recalibrate unless it has been used for a long time [1 year or more] or when it is subjected to shock.
Let me ask one more thing. Looking at the photo, the weighing pan looks curved. Is it the effect of taking photos? The real thing should be smooth, right?
