Between Carbomer and Carbopol, what makes a better catch? Do I have to put any other ingredients in making this scurf gel polish? It rarely catches up

Hello Carbomer is a chemical name, Carbopol is a trade name. which has a variety of models and some models are considered Carbomer and some models don't, the formula should have Carbomer greater than 2% [2.5% trial recommended] and BTAC is used. BTAC and CTAC at least 2% per item

I have tried it and the pH is very low. Please suggest a substance used to adjust the pH. I tried 99% TEA and found that when I put too much gel, there will be segregation.
