Hello, I recommend you to use Milk Lotion Maker 3-4%. Not liquid like water if too liquid It will be easy to separate the layers.

If you're using Milk Lotion Maker 3-4%, you'll need heat. Mix it with Polysorbate 20 with Polysorbate 80 can it be used to combine water and oil in toner formulas?

Hello
if you use Milk Lotion Maker 3-4% need some heat to mix, yes.
Yes, if you don't want to use heat can choose to use Other types of cream maker such as Satin Cream Maker but the texture will be thick and not liquid But it will still be slightly thick like a liquid serum, not suitable for Toner)
Polysorbate 20 Polysorbate 80 can it be used to combine water and oil in toner formula?
both of them together. The oil level is very low. Unless there are other helpers to use together. The result is that the texture is thicker and not as liquid as the toner.

The maximum amount that Polysorbate 20 and Polysorbate 80 how many percent of water and oil can combine? Then you can only put one or you have to put both.

Hello Polysorbate 20 , Polysorbate 80 is a High-HLB Emulsifier commonly used in conjunction with Low-HLB Emulsifiers to improve the stability of emulsion resulting from the use of multiple emulsifiers In order to get the right HLB value, single use It is not popular because the efficiency of any solder is very low, so it is not recommended for oil-based toners. The teaching team recommends using Milk Lotion Maker helps to combine or select a blend of processed oils, for example. For example shea butter water (born from the transformation shea butter to become water-soluble)
