Hello, we have received the item. When I unpack the foil bag, the stopper is broken and the mixture flows out and it's messy. How will the company be responsible? And like plastic, it's broken. Can't close the cork back. What should I do? And the remaining ingredients in the tube will be squeezed out. How should I use it for further storage? Thank you.
