Have a question about Retinyl Palmitate?

Postby obumbimo » Wed Jan 03, 2018 8:06 am

retinyl palmitate on the store's website. I would like to know the details to calculate the amount to be used before buying as follows: 1. retinyl palmitate means All-trans retinyl palmitate right? 2. On the website it says retinyl palmitate soluble in oil. I want to know what oil Will the oil make it more difficult to prepare the liposomes? (e.g. precipitate in the recipe, lecitin Cholesterol caffeine ) If the size is 20 and 100 grams, it means there is retinyl palmitate how many grams and how many grams of oil? Vitamin A = 1.7Million IU / gram translates as retinyl palmitate Dosage 1 g when applied to the skin transforms into active retinol. 1.7 million IU or 0.51 g (3.33 IU equals 1 microgram) is this correct? will calculate the quantity retinyl palmitate to convert to retinol quantity 4. retinyl palmitate is a homogeneous liquid without sediment as shown on the website? yah thank you

Hello
That's right retinyl palmitate cis means retinyl palmitate For example, by exposure to UV light breakage , by high temperature destruction
2. On the website it says retinyl palmitate soluble in oil I want to know what oil Will the oil make it more difficult to prepare the liposomes? (e.g. precipitate in the recipe, lecitin Cholesterol caffeine ) If the size is 20 and 100 grams, it means there is retinyl palmitate and how many grams of oil
is soluble in most oils. The team has no information on liposome making
3. concentration of Vitamin A = 1.7Million IU / gram translates as retinyl palmitate Dose 1 g when applied to the skin is converted to active retinol. 1.7 million IU or 0.51 g (3.33 IU equivalent to 1 microgram)
1 microgram retinol = 1.15 mcg Retinyl Acetate = 1.83 mcg retinyl palmitate = 3.33 IU
4. retinyl palmitate is a homogeneous liquid without sediment as shown on the website, right?
No, temperature change. Will cause sediment when used, must be heated to dissolve together. before using it in the recipe sediment formation is a natural feature of retinyl palmitate
