Need help and get help on cosmetics formulation development

Skin type : Combination to oily as สิวอุดตัน large pores, sensitive, want to make sunscreen. By choosing the following ingredients Avobenzone 5% Octisalate 5% Octocrylene 10% Light Cream Maker™ 2% water 78% Mixture is Mix Avobenzone 5% Octisalate 5% and Octocrylene 10% with thermal assist When the ingredients are combined, add Light Cream Maker™ 2% Stir well then Add water and stir again to combine all the ingredients. Question -Can the cream recipe be made? If not.. how can we adjust the formula? -This cream formula can be used for combination to oily skin types as สิวอุดตัน large pores, sensitive or not? Hello, from the formula that members have informed The study team suggested the following problems: Stability Avobenzone has stability issues when exposed to UV light. Avobenzone easily deteriorates solubility Avobenzone has to be completely dissolved. because it is in powder form by choosing a mixture that can help dissolve Avobenzone is sufficient. For both of the above information, it is clarified on the details page. Avobenzone bothering members to study yes for newbies and skin characteristics as informed by members are combination/oily skin recommended to use Tris-Biphenyl Triazine (Nano) or/and SPF Protect Ultra™ II by สารกันแดด are easy to mix into any cream formulation and provide immediate efficacy. and don't have to worry about any other problems as mentioned above
