Help to check the formula of cosmetics.

I have combination skin type. by it in the T-zone and other parts are like normal skin, 37 years old, with sensitive skin and redness I want you to help me check the formula as follows: 1. Safe-B3 ™ ( Vitamin B3, Niacinamide ) 2. L-Carnitine ( Carnitine ) 3. Licorice Extract ( Licochalcone A 1%) 4. Ceramide Complex (CeraTouch™) 5.
