Hello.. I would like to ask if we use the Polysorbate20 it be a water-oil binder? In what ratio do you use it?

Hello Polysorbate 20 is not suitable for use as a water binder. -Oil alone, but suitable for use as co-emulsifier or binder which is used in conjunction with other substances that have a low HLB value only if used alone will have a very low synchronization efficiency
