Hello 1. Apple Stem Cell Extract (AppleCell™) 1% 2. Safe-B3 ™ ( Vitamin B3, Niacinamide ) 1.5 % can be increased to 3% 3. REGU®-AGE 2% 3. Slim-Coffee™ 1.5% 5. Panthenol (Vitamin B5) ExtraLite™ 2% 6. Phenoxyethanol SA (Optiphen Plus) 1% 7. Phospholipid 3% 8. Centella Asiatica Extract (Madecassoside 7.7%) 0.5% 9. BaicaVital™ (Scutellaria Baicalensis Extract) 2% 10. Allantoin pH 3-8 0.4% reduced to 0.35% because if using 0.4% may not Can dissolve all. 11. AnyGel™ 0.8% 12.Water the rest, the rest is 100%, the reason for cutting DMAE leave the formula because it can irritate yes especially when used around the eyes To use To start in low quantities (1-3%) first in the mixing process. Mix all the water together, then add AnyGel Blend until gel is obtained. Then add different parts of oil to the recipe. Blend until creamy, then add Phospholipid blended until perfectly matched to the formula.

Glycosaminoglycans Complex 3% 4. Panthenol (Vitamin B5) ExtraLite™ 2% 5. Phenoxyethanol SA (Optiphen Plus) 1% 6. Phospholipid 3% 7. Centella Asiatica Extract (Madecassoside 7.7%) 0.5% 8. BaicaVital™ (Scutellaria Baicalensis Extract) 2% 9. Allantoin pH 3-8 0.35% 11. AnyGel™ 0.8% 12. Galactomyces Ferment Filtrate (Pitera) The rest is 100% complete. Can this formula be done?

Hello team, sorry for missing 1 more item Phospholipid must be dispersed in a formula containing both water and oil. Still no oil part therefore it cannot be distributed Phospholipid in the formula, in which case you want to add oil to the formula need to change AnyGel is another binder. that can blend the oil well with, for example Satin Cream Maker Yes, the study team recommends the easiest way is to cut Phospholipid leave the formula first, the rest can be mixed with no problem.
