1. Suitable for blending cream size 0.1 - 20 kg. per time (more or less depending on the viscosity of the desired cream) If you have a large stainless steel pot and liquid formula May be able to produce more than 20 kg according to the specification. But how much depends on the formula. 2. It depends on the formula of the product whether it is stable or not. or some kind of bass will have to wait to set (Depending on the time of the manufacturer to inform) there are many factors shrinkage. Maybe it's the product texture. Or maybe it's the packaging. 3. Can be used to produce any mistake I recommend waiting for an admin to help answer.

Hello
2. Will the cream used with this machine cause air bubbles in the cream? And will the cream be stable or will it shrink? because it will affect the packing
style of spinning head Homogenizer will not cause bubbles. This is because it cuts the cream through a small hole or a small hole in the blender, which is different from other blenders. which is stirring, which stirring often causes foam When there is a cavitation in the meat formula when spinning. Must be adjusted to suit the amount and texture of the recipe as well. If the speed is too high May cause cavitation in the formula. which is the cause of the bubbles in the formula
