Cosmetics Formulation Development

From the topic topic8679.html The formula has a ph value of 3.8. The question is 1. Is there any substance in the formula that makes the pH value that low? suspected is perfect c I don't know? I want confirmation from staff I was thinking of bringing perfect c to use in other formulas. but worried that the PH value will be too low Because the desired pH range is 4.5-5.5, must use Triethanolamine fined because I was trying to avoid pH adjusters. Hello, caused by Pro-cysteine. If you want to adjust the pH with Pro-cysteine in the formula in a high proportion. required Sodium Hydroxide in pH adjustment because Triethanolamine is not enough alkalinity.
