Cosmetics Formulation Development

I would like to ask about the formula. I want to make a gel น้ำหอม with a non-liquid gel. The proportion will contain both water and oil. Oil is more than 60% water and I want it to be a clear gel, not liquid, not sticky and 95% natural. What ingredients do I need to use?

Hello, condition : contains both water and oil, about 50:50%, clear gel texture, can not do it, recommend it to be 100% oil (use น้ำหอม mixed with oil e.g. Fractionated Coconut Oil rate 30:70% without water) can be made into a clear gel using Oil Thick™ Clear
